Want to send a Gift Certificate or share your account credit with another account?

New Site:

You can send account credit to another account by purchasing Gift Certificates as a gift for the recipient's account

1. Add the gift certificate(s) to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. At the top of the checkout page, find the section titled "Is this a gift?" and click on the slide button:
   
4. Once you click the slider, you will see a new popup box where you can enter the email address for the recipient and a message if you like.  
5. Complete the checkout process and the amount of the gift certificate will be added to the recipient's account credit. 
6. If there was no account under the email address provided, we will create a new account using that email address and the credit will be added to that new account.

Note: If you have existing account credit, you are not able to send it directly to another account in our new site.  However, you can do so using the Legacy site.

Legacy Site:

To send account credit from your own account to another account, please follow the steps below.  If you already have some credit in your account, you can skip step #1.

1. If you don't already have some credit in your account, please place a Gift Certificate into your cart and complete checkout.  This will add the amount of your gift certificate purchase to your own account credit, which you can then spend on site, or send to another account if you choose.
2. To then send your account credit to another account, please visit our Send Gift Certificate tool.
   
   
3. Please enter the information requested in the popup window:
   The name of the person to which you are sending the credit.
   The email address of the person to which you are sending the credit. (We won't send unsolicited e-mail to this address or share it with third parties)
   The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your account credit)
   Optionally, you can enter a short message, which will appear in the email.
4. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, though you will be asked to confirm the information you entered before the email is actually sent.
5. Hit continue to remove the amount of credit you selected from your account and add it to the recipient's account.
6. The recipient will receive an email notification with your comments and the amount
