How to redeem your Gift Certificate or Coupon Code.

If you receive a Gift Certificate or Coupon by email it will contain details of the sender (possibly along with a short message from them) along with a link or code that you can use to redeem for account credit which you can then spend on our site. 

New Site:

If you received a Gift Certificate link:

1. Click on the link contained within the email to go to the store's Redeem Voucher page. 
2. You will then be prompted to create an account.
3. Once done the Gift Certificate is validated and the appropriate credit added to your account for you to spend it on whatever you want!
4. To use your account credit, just be sure to Click the button to allow you to use account credit (below)  You will see your order total adjusted based on the amount of credit in your account.

Please note, if there is not enough account credit to cover the cost of your order, you will still have to select another payment method to complete your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the difference will be left in you Gift Certificate Account for future use.

If you received a Gift Certificate code:

1. Log into your account and click on Menu at the top right, and then on My Account. 
2. On your Account page, find the Account Balance section on the top left side of the page.
3. Click on Redeem Gift Card
   
4. In the popup window, put in the code you were given and hit Redeem.  This will add the credit to your account
5. You can then use your credit to purchase anything on our site. See above for how to use your account credit, or see our article here.

Legacy Site:

1. Place an item into your cart and proceed to checkout. 
2. On the Payment page there will be a box to Redeem Code.  Enter the code here, and click the Redeem button.
3. The code will be validated and the credit added to your account.
4. You can then use your credit to purchase anything on our sites. As above, to use your account credit, just be sure to check the box at checkout that says "Click here to use account credit."  You will see your order total adjusted on the next page before you actually complete your order.
