Q: What is PSP?
A: Our Partner Shipping Program allows our partners to fulfill delivery of physical items from their own inventory. These are typically the same physical products a publisher would sell in a Brick and Mortar store. These items will have a "Retail" designation on the product description page, example below:
Q: How are retail books different from POD books?
A: POD books are manufactured at the time the order is requested. Quality is similar but may have differences from the retail editions and require a longer lead time because they are being printed just for you.
PSP Products are (as above) products that a publisher has manufactured in advance in bulk and would normally be sold in a Brick and Mortar store. The publisher ships these items directly to you from their warehouse.
Q: Can I order PSP products and POD books or cards in the same order?
A: Yes, but you will be charged separate shipping prices as they ship from different locations and will likely be delivered at different times.
Q: If I buy this PSP will I get a free/discount on the pdf?
A: Our system allows for that but it is up to the individual publisher to decide if they would like to only include the Retail product or bundle a PDF for free or at a discounted price.
