Q: Damaged Items?
A: We certainly don’t expect our customers to have to settle for an item with shipping damage. You can buy with confidence as we offer a 30-day replacement policy. Please contact us through our Help Center for assistance if you receive a damaged item, so we can get a replacement order created for you.
Q: What if my purchase never gets delivered?
A: If your tracking number is showing as delivered, but you haven’t actually received it, or if the tracking isn’t showing any movement, please contact us through our Help Center for assistance.
