Though rare, we do occasionally we have payments that do not complete correctly. If you have made a payment, and do not have a completed order in your order history, please use the Contact Us button (bottom left side of each site page) and let us know:
- The full name and email address on your account
- Some of the product titles that you purchased
- Your order total (and what currency)
We will respond back to you as soon as we can.
