Did your payment complete but the order isn't in your account?

Though rare, we do occasionally see payments that do not complete correctly. If you have made a payment and do not see a completed order in your order history—whether you were using the New Site (www.drivethrurpg.com) or the Legacy Site (legacy.drivethrurpg.com)—we’re here to help.

Please reach out to our support team via the Send a request form and include the following information:

  1. The full name and email address associated with your account
  2. Some of the product titles you purchased
  3. Your order total (and the currency used)

We will investigate and respond as soon as we can.
