How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout and begin after printing has been completed.
Delivery options range from expedited services such as Next Day or Priority shipping, which may arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, to economy options such as Media Mail or Standard Shipping, which can take up to2–3 weeks (and in some cases longer depending on destination and carrier delays).
International shipping times vary by region and may be affected by customs processing. Once an order has shipped, delivery time is determined by the carrier and may be impacted by seasonal or regional delays.
Has your order been shipped but not delivered?
If you used a premium shipping option, there will be a tracking number in your order notes. If you run into any problems with your tracking number, please let us know using the Contact Us button at the bottom left side of each account page.
Orders shipped with standard shipping can take a long time for delivery. You are saving money on freight but these shipping methods can take up to six weeks in some cases.
Please note: We cannot consider a package that used standard shipping to be lost until it is forty five days past the shipping date. If your order hasn't been delivered after that time, please reach out to Customer Service and let us know your order number and the titles of the products you ordered and we can investigate further.
