Hardcover Book Binding

Our printer's facilities in the US and UK ship books for most of the world (excluding only AUS/NZ).  Hardcover books that ship from the US or UK facilities are case bound, where the end sheets attach the book block to the cover, the spine is not glued directly to the cover.  This makes for a more flexible book.

For our Australian or New Zealand customers, your books will print and ship from our printer's facility in Australia.  The AUS facility uses a different set of printing equipment from the US and UK printers, and they have two binding types for hardcover books based on the book size.  Smaller books will be bound un-glued like the image above.  Large books will be bound with the spine glued directly to the cover as shown below:
