In general, you are welcome to request a refund by submitting a request through our Help Center.
Most of our products are electronic in nature and delivered via download. Typically, we are not able to provide refunds for digital items that have already been downloaded. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. If you find something offensive, not as advertised, or if you are unable to download your purchase, please contact us through our Help Center.
We also offer some printed products on our site. For print-on-demand (POD) items, we can issue a refund as long as the books have not yet entered the printing process. If you need a refund on a POD order, please let us know as soon as possible by submitting a request through our Help Center.
