Most of our products are electronic in nature and delivered via download. In some cases, we may not be not able to provide refunds for digital items that have already been downloaded. However, if you find something offensive, not as advertised, or if you are unable to download your purchase, please contact us through our Help Center.
We also offer printed products on our site. For print-on-demand (POD) items, we can issue a refund as long as the books have not yet entered the printing process. We also offer replacement copies for items that arrive damaged or misprinted, or for those that still have not arrived within 45 days after the order shipped (or 60 days for those in Australia).
